SGr Deluxe Models

We offer a line of deluxe, collector-quality O/U and SxS shotguns handcrafted to your specifications. Only the most experienced craftsmen work on these SGr models (20 year apprenticeship is required to enter the Custom Shop), and a very limited number of these guns are available each year. All engraving is painstakingly rendered by recognized masters in their art (for example, the SGr 05 engraving takes more than 5 full days to complete). Internal and external parts are hand polished and fit. Wood and metal fit and finish are close to perfection. Circassian walnut stocks are available in 3 extra-select qualities, ranging from extremely beautiful to exhibition-quality stunning. What emerges is not simply a gun ... but rather, a unique firearm destined to be enjoyed for generations. And all this at an incredibly great price - thousands less than comparable quality brands.

Steve Bodio (shotgun aficionado, acclaimed author of Good Guns: A Celebration of Fine Sporting Arms and Good Guns Again) writes:
Hi Mark,
The .410 SGr is here and it is an absolute delight. The workmanship is not only better than I dared hope-- it is better than on more expensive guns I have seen, and owned! The wood is astonishing, maybe the best figure on any gun I have ever owned including some famous-make old-timers, and the finish is excellent. These are not only the best guns for the money I have seen, as everyone says-- they are damn nice guns, period. This one is a keeper.

Mark, For a time I was wondering if any gun was worth waiting for! (Ordered an SGr 06 Custom Deluxe O/U). Well, I have to tell you, this is a work of art. I have a collection of over 50 guns and the wood and detail on your shotgun stands above any of my fine Beretta's or Browning's and at a price that makes it affordable for any sportsmen to own the gun they always dreamed about. Thanks.     - Victor B.     New Jersey

Mark, the gun is great. The case hardening is better than I expected and the wood figure and fit is exceptional. The price for the quality far exceeds anything else on the market. Thanks.     - Brent H.     Indiana

Mark, my smoothbore (SGr 08 20ga. SxS) finally arrived today and I have to say it definitely turned out to be worth it. It looks exactly as I would have hoped if I could have produced it myself! It has the rich, antique appearance I was hoping for, and definitely has character. It's lithe, comes up beautifully, and impressed the guys in the shop with its class that they likened to vintage Brit guns. Engraving, gorgeous wood finish, rich barrel color, inletting, its lovely lines, and just-right balance make it a fine possession. Only problem is I have to wait the California 10 days to keep it!     - David     Tiburon, California

SGr's and Others Currently In Stock

We have several guns that we have collected over the past decade that we are liquidating. Some are guns we received in a shipment years ago when we were still called Huglu USA. Many of these guns have been in Mark's personal collection because they were unique and very beautiful. Others are regular production guns (e.g. U2, S0) that we still have left over. Unless otherwise noted, all guns are new, in original box, and unfired (except for a couple shots for quality assurance testing). Completely up to DeHaan Shotguns quality standards and fully warranteed.
