Upon receiving your new DeHaan shotgun you have seven days to inspect the gun. If for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied with your new shotgun, simply ship it back to DeHaan Shotguns in mint condition and you will receive a prompt refund, less shipping expenses.
Any custom order SGr or custom options added by the customer (barrel porting, fiber-optic bead, etc.) are not fully refundable as the gun cannot be returned to our normal inventory.
You must initiate return shipment of your gun (i.e. gun within shipping company's possession) within 7 days of receiving your gun, otherwise DeHaan Shotguns may not accept the return.
Return shipment must be properly packaged (double boxed and well padded) and insured for its full value against damage in shipment.
Please handle and store your shotgun with great care to avoid any damage while evaluating it. DeHaan Shotguns cannot give a refund for any gun that is returned damaged. The gun must be returned in mint condition for a refund.
Do not shoot the gun while evaluating it! After the gun has been shot we cannot refund your full purchase price as the gun is no longer new.
